YOU are the key to In-Home Childcare being a preferred option for our families in Aotearoa.
The In-Home Childcare Company is the perfect option for you if you are looking to join a locally owned and operated business where you are more than just a number, where RELATIONSHIPS count and where you will get all the support you need to work as a Home Educator.
Working as a Home Educator is perfect for those teachers wanting to be valued for the role they play as an ECE teacher and for those that would love the freedom and opportunity to plan and deliver a programme for children based on their own Kaupapa / Philosophy.
As a Home Educator, you can set your own rates and have the earning potential of between $28.00 – $36.00 per hour.
The In-Home Childcare company also offers all Home Educators an additional Educator Subsidy which for many Educators can be up to an additional $4500 per year.
